Cancellation:

• We respectfully ask that you give written notice as soon as possible if you must cancel your wedding planning services with Dev Bhoomi Wedding.

• Please be aware that, there can be a cancellation cost depending on the planning stage and the services already rendered. The contract will specify the precise cancellation cost.

• Please give us advance notice if you need to cancel your venue order. Since the flowers could have already been created or sent, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date might not qualify for a refund.

Refunds:

Should there be a cancellation, reimbursements will be handled with the following rules:

• In the event that a cancellation request is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery, a refund will be given, less any processing costs or non-refundable deposits.

• No refunds will be given if the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the planned delivery of perishable materials like flowers because of their perishable nature of the products and the associated preparation costs.

• Due to the substantial preparation and commitments made by our team, no refunds will be given if the cancellation takes place within ninety days of the planned wedding date.

• If the cancellation takes place more than ninety days prior to the planned wedding date a partial refund will be given minus any non-refundable deposits and incurred costs.
