By addressing these terms and conditions we want a transparent, legally binding agreement that makes our intentions clear and makes you aware of our fare functioning. Before choosing us, read these norms and go through each of the listed points carefully.

1. This agreement replaces all prior written and verbal representations, discussions, commitments, and communications between Event Goals and the client and serves as the entirety of the two parties' agreement.

2. The first client to pay the deposit will be given preference if multiple clients want to schedule wedding services on the same day. The money is non-refundable. Weddings that are rescheduled will only be allowed if the new date does not clash with another wedding that has already been reserved.

3. Event Goals has the right to collect the full agreed cost, less any hours they would have worked on the day of the event if the client cancels or postpones the event within seven days of it happening.

4. It is the client's duty to ensure that Event Goals has access to all wedding venues at the times that have been agreed upon by both parties so that Event Goals may complete the tasks and meet the requirements.

5. Although creative elements like layout and styling are up to Event Goals, they will be discussed with clients before the event day to make sure everyone agrees.

6. Any issues beyond our control, such as inclement weather, mishaps, non-delivery of goods by vendors, poor lighting, or interference by visitors or photographers, will not be the responsibility of Event Goals.

7. Please make sure that the MC and the minister, priest, or celebrant are aware of our presence on the day and that we can all cooperate.

8. Event Goals may end this agreement at any time for any valid reason, such as an illness or accident. In this instance, the entire amount paid, including the deposit, will be reimbursed. Subcontracting will be used if the Event Goals representative is ill on the day. There won't be any savings on the original package.

9. Event Goals' responsibility shall be capped at the total amount of money paid.

10. Event Goals retains the right to utilize images captured by your photographer and our crew for social media posts and advertising.

11. Depending on what both parties agree upon, the remaining payment of the chosen package will be billed either in installments between now and the wedding date or one week before the wedding date. Online invoices are sent, and they must be paid by the deadline. If invoices are not paid, our services may be terminated without a refund of the deposit.

12. Event Goals retains the right to bill for any hours worked on the event before cancellation as well as any additional administrative costs incurred as a result of the cancellation or postponement if the wedding is canceled or postponed due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as pandemics, earthquakes, flooding, fire, and inclement weather.
